Anton Cohen, CPA, Principal

Anton Cohen is an audit principal and member of the National Renewable Energy Practice leadership team.  Anton has over 14 years of experience servicing closely held and publicly traded clients in a variety of industries, including corporate and public tax credit funds, renewable energy, conventional and subsidized multi-family housing projects, mortgage companies, technology, energy, software development, distribution and manufacturing.  Additionally, he is experienced in private and public equity and debt offerings, capital structuring and general business management. 

Anton is responsible for planning and supervising all aspects of a variety of engagements, which range from audit, tax and accounting services to strategic and operational issue identification and resolution.  He has extensive experience in providing strategic and financing planning services to companies across many industries.  Anton’s audit, tax and business advisory services client have covered a wide spectrum of clients from start-up entrepreneurs to multi-national corporations. Anton has served as or currently serves as the audit principal or concurring principal reviewer for investment companies, commercial businesses, renewable energy funds and real estate entities.
