With a decade and half of experience providing accounting and business advisory services to real estate companies, Greg Remeikis is a principal in the Baltimore office. Clients who depend on his advice for audit and accounting issues include public and private real estate investment trusts (REITs), investors, developers, managers and builders of commercial, multifamily and hospitality properties. 

Greg has participated in secondary offerings for two publicly traded REITs. Additionally, he has provided Section 404 advisory services ranging from design and testing to implementation and review of internal controls.
