Gregg Bloomberg, CPA, MST, Principal

With 25 years of tax accounting experience, Gregg Bloomberg is a principal in Reznick Group’s Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience in the areas of tax planning, compliance and consulting for commercial real estate entities worldwide. Gregg’s clients include REITs, public and private equity funds, pension funds, commercial property owners and operators, homebuilders, retailers, developers and hotels and resorts owners and operators.

Prior to joining Reznick Group, Gregg served as Director of Tax for Westfield Corp., Inc. in Los Angeles where he worked on a series of complex partnerships, REITS, and consolidated groups of C corporations with multi-state and international operations. Prior to that, he was a Senior Tax Consulting Manager at Kenneth Leventhal & Company and Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Group for twelve years, specializing in tax planning and compliance for publicly traded and privately held real estate companies.
