
Jonathan Gross is a principal in Reznick’s Charlotte office and leads that office's Renewable Energy Transaction Advisory Group. He has over 17 years of public accounting and private industry experience and has provided financial consulting, tax structuring, accounting, attestation, cost certification, and other relevant financial and accounting services. His experience has been primarily focused in the tax credit finance industry with service to renewable energy, affordable housing and real estate clients.
Jonathan has vast experience in the area of tax credits including energy, low income housing, historic and New Markets tax credits. In his current role at Reznick Group, he works with investors, developers, solar integrators, general partners, and community development entities on all aspects of their transactions. This work includes feasibility, transaction structuring, financial projections and planning, cost certifications, debt and equity placement, and project disposition.
Prior to joining Reznick Group in 2006, Jonathan was a partner with McKonly & Asbury LLP in Harrisburg, Pa. There he served as co-director of real estate services specializing in real estate transactions including low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and other multifamily rental property services. He held a similar position with HJ Financial Group until 2002.
