Joseph P. Caggiano, Principal

Joe Caggiano is a seasoned federal market executive with 25 years of business, technology and military experience. He is responsible for leading the growth of Reznick’s Government business.

Prior to joining Reznick Government, Joe was Chief Operating Officer for WMG/FedSources from 2004-2011. WMG/FedSources was an industry-leading professional services firm that helps companies obtain and manage their GSA contracts and provides market intelligence services to more than 1,000 government contracting organizations. As COO, Joe had full management authority for the 145 person company and ran day-to-day operations, recruited executive talent, led the deployment of a myriad of business processes and helped deliver substantial growth in revenue.

Prior to WMG/FedSources, Joe was a business development manager with Deloitte, where he was responsible for leading technology and consulting sales in the mid-Atlantic region (the Philadelphia, Pa.; Washington, DC and Richmond, Va. markets). He focused on large complex ERP, BI and custom IT Solutions. Prior to Deloitte, he was a manager with Arthur Andersen in Washington, DC. 

Joe started his career serving eight years in the U. S. Navy, completing tours of duty onboard the USS Independence (CV 62), at Navy Personnel Command in Washington, DC and as an instructor at Villanova University.
