Joshua Northcutt, CPA, Office Managing Principal Charlotte

Joshua Northcutt is the Office Managing Principal of Reznick Group’s Charlotte office. His more than 15 years of public accounting experience is primarily focused in real estate, yet also includes work in military housing, healthcare, entertainment and manufacturing.

Josh has extensive experience with public and private real estate companies, working with commercial and residential property owners and operators, real estate developers, homebuilders and land developers. Josh has specific experience with investment fund audits for several real estate and non-real estate clients.

Josh also manages cost certification audit engagements for mortgagors and contractors with government insured mortgages. He also supervises cost certifications for low-income and historic rehabilitation projects. Josh oversees healthcare audit engagements for nursing homes, mental retardation facilities, and assisted living facilities with a myriad of revenue sources that include private pay, Medicare and Medicaid billings.
