Joyce Price, CPA, Principal

Joyce Price is a principal with Reznick Group and a 25-year veteran of the accounting industry. The majority of her career has been focused on the real estate industry; therefore clients often turn to Joyce for her real estate expertise in audit, accounting, due diligence, tax and other business advisory services.  Her clients consist primarily of commercial real estate developers, owners and operators, institutional investors, real estate funds, mezzanine debt funds, pension funds and lenders. 

Joyce directs and manages a due diligence team and related initiatives across the entire firm. Her team provides due diligence services and other special reporting engagements for national real estate lenders, developers and investors, including GE Capital Corporation, one of the largest real estate lenders in the world.

Joyce currently serves on the firm’s National Commercial Real Estate Committee and the Principal Development Committee and previously served on the National Training Committee. 

In addition, Joyce also served as the Vice President and Treasurer of a regional commercial real estate developer, focused primarily in the development of retail shopping centers.  As the Vice President and Treasurer, she prepared, reviewed and tracked development and operational budgets for real estate assets. Other areas of her involvement included providing input regarding hiring decisions of key personnel, approval process of tenant leases and modifications, implementing asset management strategy, loan negotiations for acquisition and permanent financing, and tenant negotiations relating to workout situations.
