Ken Baggett serves as Reznick Group’s Managing Principal and CEO, where he has developed and steered the firm to its present ranking among the top 20 largest public accounting firms in the US.  Under his leadership, the firm has been consistently ranked among the top accounting firms in the cities where Reznick Group offices are located.  Ken is consistently listed as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Accountants” by Accounting Today as well as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Practitioners” by CPA Magazine.  In 2011 and 2012, he was recognized by Inside Public Accounting as one of the five most admired CPAs by his peers in a nationwide survey among 400 accounting firms.

Ken's professional experience encompasses a range of real estate/tax issues in the development and structuring of multi-family and commercial ventures. He also provides structuring advice to developers, builders, syndicators, investment banks, corporate investors, and housing finance agencies.  Additionally, he advises clients on numerous issues including extensive advice in the low-income housing tax credit area. He also represents numerous long-term healthcare facilities in the eastern United States as well as a number of clients involved with rehabilitation and revitalization projects in various cities. Ken has also been extensively involved with student and military housing developments.

Ken is a past World Chair of the International Group of Accounting Firms (now IGAF Polaris) and currently on the world board and the North American board of IGAF Polaris. He is currently President and a Board Member of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition. Ken is a frequent speaker on subjects relating to real estate development and investment.
