Mark Rodebaugh, CPA, Office Co-Managing Principal

With more than 35 years of accounting experience, Mark Rodebaugh serves as the co-Managing Principal of the Reznick Group’s Sacramento office where he directs and coordinates audit teams in a wide variety of assignments.

Mark has served as the lead client service partner for audit and tax engagements that span a wide variety of industries, organizations and systems, including a significant number of distribution and pension fund clients.

Prior to joining Reznick Group, Mark served as the Office Managing Partner for a Big Four public accounting firm in Sacramento, as well as serving on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee where he was the designated financial expert for a publicly traded bank holding company.
