Intern Programs

Gophers dig holes. Interns work on real engagements.

Reznick Group interns are not glorified personal assistants. The work of an intern is exciting with innovative approaches and the ability to work with senior management, both within Reznick Group and in client organizations. You'll learn what life in public accounting is all about. You'll discover how we work to meet the demands and requirements of clients who are dedicated to being the best at what they do.

In recruiting people for our intern positions, we look for people with some important characteristics. We want interns who are:

  • Accounting majors who are committed to an accounting career and achieving 150 hours for CPA eligibility
  • Must complete Intermediate Accounting I prior to the start of the internship
  • Dedicated to success for themselves, for the firm, and for their clients
  • Ambitious and want to work for a firm that won't limit their personal initiative
  • Eager to learn and grow. They know that great work is the key to personal and professional progress and want to take charge of their own career
  • Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment where new ideas are continually exchanged
  • Smart and can learn the intricacies of professional services

Entry Level Associates

Often, our new associates are recruited from our intern program. However, we also recruit for entry level associates on campus. Associates can expect immediate involvement in all aspects of what we do. You will work with people at all levels of the firm, interact with clients, and start doing real work right out of the gate.
