You may have completed your formal education, but Reznick Group intends to make sure that you never stop learning. We offer instructor-led classroom training, on-the-job training, peer groups and one-on-one sessions that will help you get to where you are going…to the top!

What’s to know?

Training is a serious matter at Reznick Group and we’ll teach you everything you need to know to be successful.  All new hires start their careers at Reznick Group enrolled in our firm’s new hire technical training.  This first week includes a mix of live & on-line classes. After this formal training is complete, learning is not over!  You will continue with classroom, web-based and on the job training for as long as you work here.

CPA & Licensing Assistance

We are committed to contributing to the professional development of our staff.  To help each individual advance in their career, we offer incentives and assistance towards obtaining your CPA license. 

  • Exam Preparation: Reznick Group offers all current and future employees the opportunity to participate in our firm negotiated discounts as well as the opportunity to take advantage of our Direct Bill Program.  Discounted CPA exam review courses are available to employees from the moment they accept our offer of employment, even if your start date is in the future!

  • Taking Exams: Reznick Group employees are given 32 hours of time off to sit for the CPA exam each year in addition to regular PTO.

  • CPA Exam & Licensing Incentives: Reznick Group employees will be reimbursed for their preparatory course of their choice if they pass the exam within 24 months from their start date. In addition all employees will be reimbursed for their state exam sitting fees and the exam application fee (one-time).
