Historic Tax Credits for Developers Conference

No one has more firsthand knowledge about the redevelopment of historic buildings than real estate developers—that was the premise behind the Historic Tax Credit Developer’s Conference.

This conference focused on the future of the financing and development of historic buildings using the Historic Tax Credit. Through case studies and panel discussions, real estate developers experienced in the use of historic tax credits shared their experiences and insights with a diverse group of for-profit and nonprofit building owners and developers.
