David Reznick is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Reznick Group, P.C., formerly Reznick Fedder & Silverman. Since establishing the firm in 1977, he has led the firm’s growth from one office to a top 20 CPA firm with offices nationwide. David Reznick will speak about the preservation of older LIHTC properties from 10:45am-12:15pm on Thursday, November 3.
Principal Jeanne Peterson is based Reznick Group’s Sacramento office and leads the firm’s National Affordable Housing Finance (NAHF) Group which provides a range of financial and policy advisory services to the affordable housing industry. She will be moderating the "Filling the Financing Gap" panel from 4:00pm-5:30pm on Thursday, November 3.
