Leading the panel, Hartman has over 20 years experience in finance and real estate with extensive experience across all real estate sectors. As an investment banker, he executed over $3 billion in debt and equity capital raises for public and private companies and was also a partner with The Carlyle Group. There, he helped create the firm's Assisted Living Division within the firm's real estate private equity fund and deployed $100 million in equity capital over three years.
