George Klenovich, Chicago Office Managing Principal, will moderate the "Overview of Mergers and Acquisitions" session on August 24, 2011. The topic will include: reasons and ways to join forces, control versus shared power, determining what your company's value really is, and maintaining confidentiality when you bring on a partner.
