Business Valuation Financial and Tax Issues in Divorce 2012
Join Reznick Group Principal Bruce L. Richman, Valuation, Transaction and Advisory Group, as he moderates our annual seminar Business Valuation, Financial & Tax Issues in Divorce 2012, on Monday, January 16, 2012. It will be held at Harper College — Wojcik Conference Center.
Topics to be covered include: Exotic Executive Compensation; Annual Case Law Update; Financial Implications of Civil Unions; Ethics of Contempt; Use of Business Valuators and Real Estate Appraisers in Divorce Cases; The Changing Landscape of Maintenance and Support; Bankruptcy During Divorce and Commingling of Assets.
As always, the seminar will include the famous "Judge's Roundtable Focusing on Lifestyle and Maintenance Issues: Presenting Your Case" This panel will include judges from Cook, Kane, Will and DuPage Counties. Miles Beermann will be moderating this session.
