Kells Carroll, Wells Fargo

 
Kells Carroll is a Vice President & Relationship Manager in Wells Fargo’s Community Lending & Investments group. Mr. Carroll’s banking practice focuses on construction lending of Low- Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Prior to joining Wachovia, he was a Senior Business Development Manager with Fannie Mae’s Community Lending Group where he was active in construction as well as municipal financings. Mr. Carroll lives with his family in Atlanta, GA.
