Mark A. Eidson, Prudential Mortgage Capital Company


Mark Eidson is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital in the Affordable Housing Finance Group. He specializes in structuring mortgages and credit enhancements for affordable housing projects including tax-exempt bond financed projects, LIHTC and Section 8 projects utilizing the FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan programs.

Mark has been involved in the development, acquisition and financing of market-rate and affordable multifamily projects since 1981. He has worked for an investment banking firm specializing in tax-exempt bonds, an FHA and Fannie Mae DUS lender and various multifamily development firms.

Mark received both a B.S. in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. He is located in the Atlanta, GA office.
