Kevin Keyser, Wexford Science + Technology

Kevin Keyser is the Director of Finance for Wexford Science + Technology, a Maryland based real estate investment and development company focused on providing life science and medical office facilities to meet the specialized needs of universities, university related research parks and health care systems. 

Kevin joined Wexford at its inception less than five years ago and took part in creating a real estate development portfolio that now totals 1.5 million square feet.  He oversees Wexford’s finance and accounting functions and is responsible for project finance, including the structuring and execution of tax credit transactions. 

Kevin began his career in public accounting in the Baltimore office of Ernst & Young and spent six years with Baltimore based Aerotek, as it grew to become the largest staffing firm in the US.  He received a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
