Clifford M. Kenwood, AMCREF Community Capital, LLC

Mr. Kenwood is the President and co-founder of AMCREF Community Capital, LLC, and founder of Rebirth Capital, LLC. Cliff has more than fifteen years of experience working in the specialty finance and environmental arenas. Prior to AMCREF, Cliff worked for Stonehenge Capital, an innovative financial firm specializing in tax credit financing, venture capital and community development. Prior to Stonehenge, Cliff worked as a Project Manager for Preservation North Carolina, where he marketed and supervised rehabilitation of historic structures utilizing state and federal tax credits. Prior to Preservation North Carolina, Cliff worked as Project Coordinator for the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cliff holds MBA and Master of Regional Planning degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA from Rollins College.
