
GEORGE F. NAGLE is a Partner in the Philadelphia office of SorinRoyerCooper, LLC and is Chair of the Firm’s Tax Practice. He focuses his practice on a variety of tax matters, with strong emphasis on corporate and real estate transactions, with over 25 years of experience in tax credit equity financing. He has represented equity investors, syndicators, lenders, community development entities and for-profit and not-for-profit developers and managers in affordable housing, historic rehabilitation and new markets tax credit transactions. Mr. Nagle also represents clients in tax disputes at the local, state and federal levels. This work includes representation of clients before various administrative review boards and state courts, the Internal Revenue Service Appeals Division and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Nagle frequently presents seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on general business planning, partnership and limited liability company issues and tax credit financing. Mr. Nagle is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing, and is currently Chair of the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
