Thomas J. Dolan, Chief Operating Officer, CEI Capital Management LLC ("CCML")

As CCML's Chief Operating Officer, Tom oversees CCML's operations and portfolio, as well as managing the CCML Asset Management Team.  While at CCML, Tom founded the CCML Asset Management Roundtable, a monthly conference call that focuses on asset management and compliance issues in the New Markets Tax Credit Industry.  Representatives of over 60 industry organizations currently participate on the Roundtable call each month.
 
Tom has over twenty years' experience in real estate finance, law and community development.  Prior to his work at CCML, Tom served as:  General Counsel for Fannie Mae’s American Communities Fund, the equity arm of the Nation’s largest housing finance company; Vice President & Associate General Counsel for CarrAmerica Realty Corporation, a NYSE real estate investment trust; and In-house Counsel for The Peterson Companies L.C., a private real estate development firm located in Fairfax, Virginia.  Prior to going in-house, Tom practiced law at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in Stamford, Connecticut and Rogers & Wells in New York City.   
 
Tom received his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
