Tracy Ericson, Wells Fargo

Tracy Ericson is Vice President and the Western Region Deal Team Manager for the Wells Fargo Community Lending and Investment (CLI) group where she originates, underwrites, and recommends New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) investments and also manages a $300 million portfolio of NMTC investments. Prior to her role in the NMTC group, she managed a portfolio of Equity Equivalent Investments and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Tracy has been with Wells Fargo for 11 years where she started her tenure in Capital Markets and Commercial Banking. Tracy is actively involved in her local community of San Francisco on the Board of Directors of Compass Family Services and a member of the Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership San Francisco program. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University and University of California, Berkeley. She completed her undergraduate work in Business and Spanish at the University of Denver.
