
Bill is the Budget and Policy Manager for the City of Atlanta’s Division of Sustainability, which oversees the City’s energy and environment-related programs and policy. He manages several Federal grant programs including the Formula and Competitive Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grants, as well as a Clean Cities grant that seek to further the City’s energy efficiency goals and alternative fuel vehicle deployment. This includes working on the development of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing policy and serving on the Metropolitan Atlanta Electric Vehicle Readiness Task Force. He received his MBA at Emory’s Goizueta Business School where he was graduated with honors following three years with Ford Motor Credit Company. Bill also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
