
Chris joined Tishman Speyer in 2006, following the firm’s acquisition of Trizec Properties’ Atlanta portfolio. In his commercial real estate career, Chris has been involved in leasing some of Atlanta’s most well known assets including Colony Square, One and Two Midtown Plaza, Interstate North, Palisades, as well as his current assignment, One and Two Alliance Center, a 1.1 Million square foot trophy complex in Buckhead. In 2009 and 2010, Chris executed two of Buckhead’s largest lease transactions in the past decade, Marsh & McLennan Companies and Novelis, Inc, which, along with several other transactions, brought Two Alliance Center to over 60% leased just 9 months following 3rd quarter 2009 delivery of the Tower. In addition to heading the leasing at Alliance Center, Chris is involved in acquisitions, dispositions and development with Tishman Speyer.
Prior to this, Chris held several sales and sales management positions at various companies.
Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of one of Atlanta’s most prominent real estate organizations, REGA (Real Estate Group of Atlanta), as well as the Georgia State University Honorary Board, to which he was inducted in 2007. In 2005, Chris co-founded NAIOP Future Leaders (NFL) and was Chairman of its inaugural class. He has served two terms on the Board of Georgia State Real Estate Alumni Group, and is an active member of NAIOP, the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, and the Million Dollar Club of both.
Chris graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A from the University of Georgia and Summa Cum Laude with an M.B.A. and a concentration in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University.
