Greg MetcalfMr. Metcalf focuses primarily on development and corporate services/tenant representation, including strategy development, market research and identification, proposal solicitation, financial evaluation and modeling, and deal negotiation. 

Mr. Metcalf began his career in property management with Laing/P&O in 1990.  After serving six years in that capacity, he began office and industrial leasing with Laing and subsequently TrizecHahn through 1999.  In 1999, he moved to CBRE and made a successful transition into third party Real Estate Consulting/Tenant and Landlord Representation.  From 2003 to 2009 he complimented his Landlord/Tenant representation business by aligning with The Alter Group, a national office and industrial developer.  Since 1996, Mr. Metcalf has focused on assisting landlords and tenants to identify new markets, perform acquisition studies, and refocus corporate resources to increase return on investments.  As a representative for both landlords and tenants Mr. Metcalf’s ability to understand both sides of a transaction has benefited his clients extensively.

Mr. Metcalf has completed transactions in multiple markets including Atlanta, Orlando, and Ft. Lauderdale.
