Farb Shares Insights in February 2011 issue of Commercial Property Executive

Scott FarbAccording to a recent article in Commercial Property Executive, U.S. opportunities for foreign real estate investors are stronger than they have been in the past decade.

Scott Farb, Chairman of Reznick Group’s National Commercial Real Estate Committee shared his thoughts in the article entitled “Foreign Investors Look to U.S. Shores”, saying that the U.S. is still viewed as the most stable economy in the world and, because of this, it is clearly the most desirable place to own real estate for both the short and long term.

Farb also added that, although recovery appears imminent, real estate prices across all sectors are down more than 20 percent – and in many cases as much as 40 percent – from their peak values at the height of the market in 2007.
