Mullen Weighs in on California's PACE Program

In an article in the October issue of Comstock’s discussing the slow pace of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs in California, Reznick Group principal and renewable energy practice leader Beth Mullen comments on the program’s financial benefits. Mullen advises that PACE offers a relatively inexpensive way to finance green retrofit programs since a city or county can borrow more cheaply than an individual can, and federal stimulus dollars and bonds are used to support the programs.
