Reznick Group Sponsors Bisnow's 2nd Annual Boston Multifamily Summit
Multifamily housing has quickly become one of the hottest segments in the Boston commercial real estate market.
Reznick Group was one of four major sponsors of Bisnow’s 2nd Annual Boston Multifamily Summit. Held on January 12, 2012 at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, the summit covered topics ranging from the current market perspective on cap rates to transit-oriented development projects. More than 500 people were in attendance with Reznick Group Principal and Tax Credit Investment Services practice leader Fred Copeman serving as a moderator for the event. Attendees included nonprofit and for-profit housing developers, renewable energy executives and many others.
